We finally settled on the name Gatsby and we absolutely adore him! He is just the sweetest kitten and he has fit in so nicely in our home. Our older cat was not sure about him the first few days, but now they are inseparable.

. . . He [Frankie] is such a character and has begun to bat his little toy mice under the pantry door. He'll do that then go over to the door and meow at us until we open it so he can get it. I think he bats it under there on purpose! It's a game with him. The kitties caught a field mouse out on the screened in portch the other night. I told Ben he needed to get it from them, but he didn't. By the time I could muster up the courage to go out there, they had killed it and I shooed them all into the house. Frankie was picking it up and growling at the other kitties. Once he got it, it was his! He's quite the "mouser"!

. . . I decided to stick with the name Esme. She pretty much recognizes it as her name now. She is very comfortable out in the house and plays with complete abandon! She also follows me around like a duckling. I still keep her in the guest bedroom when I am not there and also to sleep at night. She seems to gravitate up to her room about 9pm (I guess that's her bed time :-) She is very curious about my 12 yr old cat Zoe, but Zoe is not so sure about Esme yet. I have had them out in the house together, when I'm there to supervise – Zoe tends to watch from a distance and retreat when spotted and lately Esme pursues as she wants to be friends. I'm sure they will be in a few more weeks . . .

I thought I would send you a little update on our sweet little guy. He has been with us over a month now and has adjusted very well. He is a ball of energy and so very playful (although he does like to start his playful antics at 2am!! LOL!) We love him so very much!!

. . . . . Angus and Malcolm are doing wonderful! (my husband’s name choices) I love them so much. They bring so much joy to our home. They have grown up beautifully. And both with quite unique personalities.
Angus was the smaller brother. He is a wild man. He runs and plays all the time. Very intelligent and curious and so funny. Malcolm is more the cuddler and so sweet and more quiet. He enjoys watching Angus do all the crazy things and may or may not follow him. Malcolm loves to be held and wants to be right against your neck and face . . . .

Hi, I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our kitten! He has completely settled in, has had zero problems with the basics (eating, litterbox, etc), and is a very sweet and intelligent kitten who follows us from room to room and already comes running when we call him! Thank you!

I just wanted to give you guys an update on the kitty you sold me. I named him Benedict (Bennie for short) after one of my favorite actors (Benedict cumberbatch [i jokingly made his last name "cumbercat" too]). He is doing fantastic!
For the first few hours we were home, I kept him in the laundry room, where we keep the kitty litter and food bowls. It really wasn't long before curiosity took over and I let him explore under supervision. My dog, Chloe, was, of course, immediately curious and had to check him out, but I made sure she didn't overwhelm him too much. She is enormous compared to him. He was frightened and hissed a lot the first couple of days, but now he is much more used to her and comfortable, so long as she doesn't surprise him. I'm sure once he grows in size she will be one of his best friends.
My cat, Lucy, is another story. She is going to take longer to warm up, which isn't surprising with a cat that has grown accustomed to being the only feline in the house. The first night, she wanted nothing to do with him except to hiss and growl some, as well as steer clear. But the past two nights, she has been watching him more closely as he plays and getting closer in distance to him, and she is being a lot less offensive. He is being respectful of her, which is good. I'm sure in a couple months (at the most), she will get used to him.
Anyway, he is such a sweetheart. He doesn't lack for any attention between all members of the household. He enjoys sleeping on my shoulder and in the area between my neck and chest when I am lounging. I am thrilled to have added him to my family. I can tell he will be a joy in the years to come.
Thank you so much for your hard work taking care of him while he was growing in his first several weeks! I can tell your daughter is really dedicated to taking care of the cats. :) if I ever decide to add another to the family, I will be sure to contact you in the future! I will be in touch later down the road to give you another update on his progress with pictures.
Thank you!!

We are happy to report that Ronin is now neutered! It has not slowed him down a bit! He just had his bath and slept last night with Maximus.
He is like a baby Tiger. He is always planning some form of ambush. It is hilarious to watch him messing with Maximus's tail . . . . . Thank you soo much for such a fun animal. He sleeps on my chest and watches TV with me all the time. Laurie just loves this Christmas present!
. . . . I forgot to mention that he eats like a croc. He gets Iams kitten dry food and half a can of wet food in the morning. The small can. The entire bowl is empty by evening. He follows me like a puppy until his bowl is full! He has been putting on a pound and a half every (6) weeks. He is also fearless. Everything gets his attention. He will drink water out of the faucet while I am trying to shave!!

Just checking in!! We love our little guy! He is beautiful and so sweet! Thanks for everything. I'm sure I'll be sending friends your way.
All our best~
Hi! Just wanted to let you know our Sophie is doing great and she is definitely a big part of our family now. We are so very happy we got her!
Simon is doing great and everyone just loves him. My daughter says he is the coolest cat and my grandkids love him. He is a unique cat and also loves his baths he gets. So glad we found him and we do call him Simon.
Thanks again...he brings us much joy!
He seems to be adjusting very very well. He went exploring all over our house. Paige had put down some food before he arrived. He discovered it and ate a bunch of it. She showed him the litter box, which he used, and he returned to it later on his own. He crawled up onto my shoulder for awhile and slept while I hung out on the couch.
We're happy to have him. A friend came over to visit and see the new kitty. Between us, we named him T-bone J. Montgomery.
Thanks!
Sophie is doing great! My dad had also gotten a 10 week old the same day and Sophie and the little one became fast friends. She loves to watch my dads 60" tv with him and loves to eat. Thank you guys soo much for giving us a chance to take care of her.
Just wanted to let you know Kitten is doing well. We have named him Xiao Mao (pronounced she-ow mow) Chinese for Little Cat. We have really enjoyed him. He is delightful!!
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!!
Sophie is awesome. She is friendly and playful. She is smaller than our other 2 cats but still bigger than the puppy who likes to attack her. And she takes it too. People who visit us think she is so pretty...and she is. Her favorite toy is the Cat Dancer, from Petco, she even plays with
it by herself even if a people isn't holding the other end of it. . . . she loves yogurt. Stalks me for it even.
I will keep your email handy in case we would like to get a kitten from you again. Lost all my phone numbers. :o( Thanks for the opportunity. I really appreciate it.
Thanks again.
Leo is the sweetest kitten. It was well worth the ride to get him. Your daughter does a wonderful job raising these kittens. One day she will be a wonderful mother. He is not frightened about anything. He rode out in my lap in the truck home and he has not cried or been dissatisfied at all. He enjoys sleeping in the bed with us. Thank you so much for holding him for us. I hope you all have good luck with the next litter. Take care,
Happy Thanksgiving!
We love our new kitty!! The ride home Saturday went really smooth. We found the tractor supply in Horn Lake & I bought her some food there. Her & Blake have really gotten attached to each other! She stays right with him. Our lab is so anxious to meet her but she's not quite ready for that so we're gonna wait a while on that! She is such a sweet kitty! We love her so much already! I am so glad we found you. I have written down your phone #, email, etc. for future reference. Thanks again!! She is such a blessing & wonderful addition to our family!!!!
Hi. Been meaning to let you know that the kitten is doing great. I kept her in the pet taxi starting on the way back. Every few minutes I'd get her out, she'd start walking around in the car and I'd put her back. After about thirty minutes of that, I put her in my arms. She settled down and slept under my neck and then in the crook of my arm all the way home. I kept her in another bedroom away from my bengal for a couple of days but they meowed at each other. My bengal would lick her, then growl at her. After a day of that, she stopped growling and started licking her face and started playing with her. Now they chase each other and are inseparable. The kitten sleeps with us. She went right to the litter pan and is eating her dry food mixed with royal canin and purina kitten chow and also eats fancy feast canned. I am so proud I got her. I love her feisty, playful personality and my bengal is so glad to have a playmate. I am so glad that you held her for me. We love her so much already. I'll send you some pictures of her with my bengal. I've taken some really cute ones already. Thanks again.
